During December last year, daily oil production (including condensate) in Azerbaijan was 80,776 tons or 609 thousand barrels, APA-Economics reports.
According to the report, 65,987 tons of this was crude oil (487 thousand barrels), and 14,789 tons (122 thousand barrels) was condensate.
It should be noted that, according to the agreement reached at the 38th OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting, Azerbaijan's production quota is 551 thousand barrels per day (74,259 tons) until the end of 2026.
Thus, Azerbaijan is 8,272 tons or 64 thousand barrels short its quota within the framework of OPEC+ in a decade.
