In accordance with an agreement between Azerbaijan and Türkiye on military cooperation, a ceremony of exchange of national flags of Azetbaijan and Türkiye has been held in Kars city of Türkiye for preparation for "Winter exercises - 2025" joint exercises, Ministry of Defense told APA.
