The Armenian government is not considering withdrawal from the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), Armeniachr("39")s Economy Minister Gevork Papoyan said at a press conference, Olaylar informs.
"Currently, Armenia is a member of the EAEU. And at this moment, there is withdrawal from the EAEU on the Armenian governmentchr("39")s agenda," he said.
On January 9, the Armenian government approved a draft law on the countrychr("39")s accession to the European Union. In this regard, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk stated that Armeniachr("39")s accession to the European Union is incompatible with the countrychr("39")s membership in the EAEU.
