The International Energy Agency (IEA) has updated its global oil demand forecast for 2025, APA-Economics reports citing the agency's monthly report.
Global oil demand in 2025 is expected to increase by 1.06 million barrels per day (previous forecast: 1.08 million barrels), reaching 103.96 million barrels per day.
It is noted that global oil demand in 2024 is projected to be 102.9 million barrels per day. Therefore, in 2025, global oil demand will increase by 1.06 million barrels per day compared to the figures of 2023.
