"The development of strategic partnership between Armenia and the United States is Yerevan's sovereign right," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, APA reports.
Peskov emphasized that Russia intends to build relations with Armenia.
Note that on January 14, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken will sign a strategic partnership document between Armenia and the United States in Washington.
