"1,589,187 people have voted, 1,580,532 ballots have been counted," said Chairman of the Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov at a press conference regarding the preliminary results of the municipal elections, APA reports.
Chairman has said that 118 constituencies and 4,872 polling stations have submitted reports.
