The death toll from Russian airstrikes on Ukraine's city of Sumy last night has reached 6, the country's Prosecutor General's Office said, APA reports citing UNIAN.
It was reported that 4 bodies were pulled under the rubble lastly.

During the night of January 30, Russian forces struck one of the high-rise residential buildings in the city of Sumy, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) released information, APA reports citing Odessa Journal.
As a result of the drone strike, multiple apartments were destroyed, and the number of casualties continues to rise.
"On January 30, the Russian forces struck a 10-story residential building in the city of Sumy. As a result of the attack, preliminary reports indicate that nine apartments and 12 balconies were destroyed," the statement reads.
According to SES, emergency responders managed to rescue four people, including a child, and evacuated 118 residents. Preliminary information indicates that 9 people, including one child, were injured in the attack. SES added that emergency rescue and search operations are still ongoing.
