To achieve the goals of digital transformation, it is necessary to create a reliable infrastructure that will provide access to modern digital services for all segments of society, said Prime Minister Ali Asadov during his speech at the "Digital Almaty 2025" international digital forum, APA reports.
The Prime Minister said that one of the key elements of such infrastructure is access to high-speed internet: "Among the important initiatives aimed at the development of internet infrastructure, the 'Online Azerbaijan' project should be particularly highlighted. Within the framework of this project, more than 99% of all residential and commercial facilities are connected to high-speed broadband internet. One of the most significant steps taken in the direction of digitalization of public administration has been the creation of the 'digital government' platform."
